Jaime Rojkind is 5,600 miles away from his homeland of Argentina, but has few regrets in having made Chicago his hometown for the past 40 years. He is originally from Buenos Aires where he earned the equivalent of an MBA at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He began his career with Sun Life of Canada before founding Rolei in 1981. He acknowledges Rolei's continued success to be based on the mutual loyalty of his clients and relationships with them that have grown through time.
Jaime is very involved with the Chicago community and is committed to philanthropy. He has conducted business seminars at Northwestern University, hosted the television show “Opinions and Business”, served as the secretary of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce, and is currently the president of the Argentine-Midwest Chamber of Commerce. In philanthropy Jaime has served as the president of the Lion’s Club, worked for Habitat for Humanity, and served as a member of the Hull House Board of Trustees.
In his free time Jaime enjoys photography and spending time with his two children.
